To a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 6 purple grapes, chopped, 1/8 oz.
lemon juice, 1/8 oz simple syrup. Muddle. Fill the shaker with ice, add 1 oz.
Marquis de Villard Brandy and shake sharply. Strain into a flute and top with 4 oz.
champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist.
